Refund Policy

At TradeCraft, subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you agree that you can access all Pro features immediately, and therefore consent to waive your standard 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once you begin using the service.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel, you will retain full access to TradeCraft Pro until the end of your current billing period. No partial or full refunds are provided for the remaining time in your billing period, whether or not you continue to use the service.

When refunds are provided

We will issue a refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge made after you had already cancelled your subscription).
  • TradeCraft experienced a significant service outage that prevented you from accessing paid features you had already paid for.

How to request a refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the above circumstances, please contact us at tradecraftuk@gmail.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Free trial

New accounts receive 5 free quotes with no payment required. No refund is applicable to the free trial, as no payment is taken.
