Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using TradeCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

TradeCraft is operated by Oleksandr Miliutin, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom (trading as TradeCraft). By accepting these Terms, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us.

2. Description of Service

TradeCraft is a SaaS (Software as a Service) web application designed for UK sole traders and small businesses. The Service enables users to:

• ✓Create and send professional PDF quotes to clients.
• ✓Generate invoices from accepted quotes.
• ✓Manage service catalogue with custom pricing.
• ✓Automatically calculate VAT (20%) on quotes and invoices.
• ✓Estimate UK sole trader tax liability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Free Trial

New accounts are granted a free trial allowing the creation of up to 5 quotes at no cost. No credit card is required to start the free trial. Once the 5-quote limit is reached, a paid subscription is required to continue creating quotes.

The free trial is intended for genuine evaluation of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate free trial accounts that appear to be abusing the trial policy.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

TradeCraft offers two paid subscription plans:

• ✓All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• ✓Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• ✓Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• ✓You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
• ✓We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email.

5. User Account

You must register for an account to use TradeCraft. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at tradecraftapp.uk@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to conduct business in the United Kingdom to use TradeCraft.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• ✗Use the Service to create fraudulent quotes or invoices.
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• ✗Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• ✗Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the Service, including pricing, VAT status, and client details.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in TradeCraft — including the software, design, branding, and content — belong exclusively to Oleksandr Miliutin. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property beyond accessing the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of all data and content you create within TradeCraft (such as your quotes, client details, and business information).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeCraft and Oleksandr Miliutin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The tax calculator feature is provided for estimation purposes only and does not constitute professional tax or financial advice. Always consult a qualified accountant for your tax obligations.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will retain your data for the period specified in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
